How it Works to Host
Individuals request to shadow a career based off their interests and location
Enspire then pulls from our network to find companies and individuals willing to host these individuals for a shadowing experience
Enspire has two ways in which companies and individuals can host
Free Hosting
Premium Hosting
List yourself or your company in the network completely for free! When we receive people interested in the careers you have available to shadow we route these requests directly to your email.
Shadowing for both free and premium hosts can be done both virtually and in person
Want to recruit by showing people the careers you have available?

Through premium hosting you have priority status when we receive people interested in the careers you have available to shadow. We provide guarantees of how many individuals you will receive for shadowing. In addition we can screen candidates, conduct background checks, and require NDAs for our premium hosts.
Shadowing experiences can be as long or as short as you are willing to accommodate!

Our only rule is that they can't be longer than 10 working days in total!
